Integrative Medicine Visits offer a space for reflection, healing, and restoration.
Whether you’re seeking to enhance wellness or return to balance when dis-ease is present, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

All visits are virtual and personalized to your needs, sliding scale is an option to increase access:

  • ✨ Initial consultation (60 minutes) including intake review–

    Ease – supported rate for those requiring flexibility $200

    Balance – standard rate reflecting the full value of care $250

    Abundance – generosity that helps make this work accessible $300

  • ✨Follow-up visit (45 minutes) – Ease $130, Balance $180, Abundance $230

  • ✨Comprehensive care package – Includes an intake + 5 follow-up visits (every 6 weeks) for $1000

Together, we’ll explore the areas that most influence your well-being — nutrition, sleep, nervous system regulation, movement, environmental exposures, meaningful relationships, spiritual connection and values-based living — creating a plan that honors your body’s natural capacity to heal.

Mid Life Collective

Offering perimenopausal and menopausal support to female bodies in the form of education, lifestyle changes, bioidentical hormone therapy, rituals, myths, somatic processing, embodiment and accessing life force energy so you can live your life to the fullest, no matter your age. Starting small group classes

Honoring the rites of passage and our feminine cycles. Themes can be monthly such as moon phase, quarterly such as equinox/solstice, or yearly ritual and celebrations

Mothers Blessing Ceremony

1- 2 hour time honored ritual across many cultures to hold space for the transition in to birthing and mothering by being surrounded and nurtured by close female friends and family.

6-8 week series meeting for 2 hours in person or video at Be Free Healing Center in Fort Collins. Rolling start times, must commit to 80% of session classes to enroll.
